Cedric the Entertainer is becoming the Billy Crystal of black award shows, no? The comedian will be hosting the First Annual BET Honors, scheduled to air February 21st on the network. Tyra Banks, Alicia Keys, Cornel West, and Maxine Waters will be among the honorees.
